This notice has been prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform you about the personal data processed through gesdergisi.com (the “Site”). Details on cookies are in our Cookie Policy. The Turkish version of this notice prevails.

Please do not share special categories of personal data (health, religion, political opinion, biometric data, etc.) in the forms.
3. Who we share your data with
- The company or training organiser you contact: only the company you select, to fulfil your request.
- Hosting service provider: to operate the site.
- Authorised public authorities: when legally required.
- Google (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.) and Microsoft (Microsoft Corporation): only if you allow analytics cookies, for Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
We do not sell or rent your data.
4. Transfers abroad
If you allow analytics cookies, visit statistics and masked page usage records may be processed on servers abroad through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, based on the safeguards under Article 9 of the KVKK. If you do not consent, no data is sent to these services.
5. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request deletion or destruction under Article 7 and notification of these actions to third parties, to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time; for cookies use the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of each page, and for the newsletter use the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
6. How to apply
You can send your request in Turkish with information verifying your identity, in writing to the address above, by e-mail to info@monetatanitim.com from the address registered with us, or by secure electronic signature or registered e-mail (KEP). Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
7. Security
We apply technical and administrative measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access authorisation, regular backups and spam/misuse prevention to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse.
8. Changes
This notice is updated when our data processing activities change. The current version is published on this page.
